About Me
Since December 2021, I have been working as a Digital Center Entrepreneur, providing digital citizen services, online documentation, and customer-facing operational support. I am a History graduate holding both a BA (Honours) and a Master's degree from National University, Bangladesh, combining strong analytical foundations with hands-on training in HR, payroll, talent acquisition, supply chain, and branch management (ESDO).
Alongside my operational and entrepreneurial experience, I am certified in prompt engineering and generative AI and have completed intensive trainings in web and mobile application development—enabling me to build modern, tech-enabled workflows that help organizations run faster and smarter.
